Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay is delicious. It opens with a mild lemon bouquet with a hint of oak and apple. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and elegant. The flavor profile is a gentle lemon with nice integrated apple and vanilla oak. The finish is dry and its flavors stick around for quite some time. This impressive Chardonnay would pair perfectly with Emeril’s crab cakes with a creole tartar sauce. Enjoy - Ken
